The 4 G's
Gratitude-Although we may not have everything we want or be where we want to be, we have every ability to choose to have a deep appreciation for what we do have today.
Grace-Undeserved and unmerited favor. We show ourselves and others the kindness and gentleness we need to move through life and on the road to our goals. We accept both the good and bad parts of ourselves and others, so we can do and be better.
Grit-Unshakable resolve to not only do what we say we are going to do but push limits. To work scared, to work uncomfortable. Strength of character and spirit. Success is built in the trenches through hard work.
Growth-A commitment to continually evolving as a human being; physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually.

Other Core Values
Authenticity-the courage to show up and be imperfect, genuine, and vulnerable. It takes bravery to be yourself no matter what and show up wholeheartedly.
Humility-We aren’t one up or one down from others, but equal and right across the table. We stay teachable, no matter what we already know. We can learn from everyone we come into contact with.
Personal Responsibility-We take ownership of our own actions or lack of action.
Connection through Community-We value building meaningful, deep, and safe relationships. There is no comparison in community, we want each other to win as much as we do ourselves.
Meaningful Impact-Like imprints, understanding that our impact exists even when we can’t see it. A commitment to leaving others better than they were found.

Wellness Minded-Versus Fitness Minded. Although we don’t do deep therapeutic work in wellness coaching, we still recognize the importance of the mind body connection. We prioritize DEEP health; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and more.
Character Development- What’s going on inside influences outside actions. We all take ownership of our healing and developing our own character.
Communication and Mutual Respect-allowing for healthy expression of needs. We acknowledge and respect both our own needs and others.
Progress over Perfection-We stack habits. We start with what we have and we take manageable steps toward gaining what we don’t. We understand that WE ALL fall short. We give grace when we do so we can keep moving forward and making progress.
Game Plan-The game plan is straightforward and sustainable. It’s difficult but doable.
